Using an established framework this module explores and helps team members  analyse the current situation and immediate outlook for the team. Eight key dimensions of the team’s activities across four dynamics are captured through the different perspectives and experiences of each team member. These eight aspects are fundamental and equally important to the successful operation, cohesion and effectiveness of the team

• Individual preferences, style and unique contribution to the team – and how this      impacts the relationships and dynamics between team members

• 8 dimensions and related tensions / polarities

• Psychological safety and its effect on trust, positive climate and culture

• How teams can better handle communications, conflict and decision-making
